Bring the whole family for a Hero Workout of the Day (WOD), honoring fallen Special Operations Army Aviator, CW3 Steve Dwyer. All proceeds support the DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR Foundation. Kids are welcome to participate in the DWYERFIRE KIDS WOD!

Each registration or donation for the event receives an entry into a raffle of fantastic prizes from local businesses. Drawing will take place on 11/9/24 after the WOD.
