As CEO of Flippen Group, she has helped grow the company from its inception in 1990 to its current position as a premier leadership and organizational development company, specializing in bringing out the best in people. Clients include schools, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and college and professional sports teams. Flippen Group’s staff and processes help individuals and organizations overcome constraints and systemic obstacles, paving the way to increased personal and organizational performance. Susan knows that success results from a team truly dedicated to each other and the clients they are privileged to serve.

Susan graduated from Texas A&M University, where she studied both computer science and accounting. Before working with the Flippen Group, Susan was general manager, senior vice president, and a member of the Board of Directors for Anco Insurance, where she managed one of the nation’s largest insurance agencies with outposts throughout Texas.

Deeply passionate about philanthropic endeavors, especially those that serve children and people under the poverty line, Susan serves on the boards of numerous community organizations, both locally and globally. She brings talent, passion, empathy, and commitment to the DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR Foundation, and looks forward to making a difference in the lives of Gold Star Children.
