Steve Dwyer serves as a senior consultant to the Flippen Group where he brings over 43 years of experience in both the military and corporate worlds. 

Steve retired from the U.S. Army after 30 years of service, which included aviation commands at the company, battalion and brigade level. After his retirement from the Army, Steve served as a senior vice president for leadership development with Alltel Corporation in Little Rock, AR; the vice-president for human resources for Science and Engineering Services in Huntsville, AL; and the chief learning officer for DynCorp International. 

Steve has been married for 43 years to his wife Gail and they have four children and ten grandchildren. Losing his oldest son has shattered his heart. He is grateful for the love of his family and friends, and he is committed to ensuring that Steve, Jr.’s legacy continues. He is pleased to serve on the board of DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR Foundation to honor his son and to support his grandsons and all Gold Star Children.
